Moviq may collect names, contact details, pickup and delivery addresses, SmartQuote information, booking details, payment references, communications and technical information relating to your use of the platform.

Information is used to generate SmartQuotes, manage bookings, communicate with Customers and Independent Moving Partners, process payments, improve our services and comply with legal obligations.

Personal information may be shared only where reasonably necessary to operate the Moviq platform, including with the Independent Moving Partner assigned to your booking, payment providers such as Stripe, mapping providers such as Google Maps and other service providers. Information is shared solely for the purpose of facilitating and administering your booking. Moviq does not sell personal information.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe or other authorised payment providers. Moviq does not store full payment card details and relies on PCI-compliant payment providers for payment processing.

Moviq applies reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.
